Resume feature gone!

I have had this app awhile and since upgrading my iPad 2 to the latest Apple OS a week or so ago I am now missing tools as well, like the resume option as well as music. This is so frustrating because this app worked great and I teach many students and had it planned for many lessons. Fingerlabs doesnt seem anymore interested to fixing this than Apple does with the potential that their OS upgrade may be linked to this suddenly not working. I would like a refund if it no longer works.
